·        Grooming Kit, reasons for and how to Groom

·        Parts of the tack and equipment

·        How to put on a saddle and bridle correctly

·        Correct mounting procedure and checking equipment before riding

·        Basic lesson on posture, position and balance ( No Jumping)

·        How to put on a head collar and lead rope and leading your horse

·        Untacking and grooming down after riding

·        Types of feed and what to feed a horse/pony

·        How to know if your pony is sick

·        Colours and markings of your Horse

·        Points of the Horse

Great Day for those who just started horse-riding or even just want to brush up on skills

Cost is €50 for the day and spaces limited to 8
